Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By inviting BL Logs to a Discord server or using the dashboard at bldashboard.com, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the bot or the dashboard.

2. Allowed Use

• Use the bot to log moderation events in your own Discord servers.
• You must have "Manage Server" permission to add or configure the bot.
• You must comply with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.

3. Prohibited Use

• Using the bot to harass, dox, or stalk other users.
• Logging private content without consent in jurisdictions that require it.
• Reverse engineering, exploiting, or circumventing rate limits.
• Reselling subscriptions or impersonating the brand.

We reserve the right to remove the bot from any server, ban individual users, or terminate subscriptions at our discretion if these terms are violated.

4. Paid Subscriptions

• Subscriptions are billed via EdfaPay in SAR.
• Subscriptions activate immediately on successful payment and last for the duration purchased.
• No automatic renewal unless explicitly enabled.
• Refunds are available within 7 days of payment if the bot fails to function as advertised.
• Refund requests outside this window are reviewed case-by-case.

5. Points & Redemption

• Points have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Points may be earned by voting on Top.gg or inviting the free bot to qualifying servers (10+ members).
• Points may be redeemed for paid bot subscriptions at posted rates.
• We reserve the right to adjust earn/redeem rates and to revoke fraudulently earned points.

6. Disclaimers

The bot is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for:

• Discord outages or rate limits.
• Loss of log data due to bot/server downtime.
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Maximum aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes are announced on the support server. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
